Withdraw from contract

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

How to withdraw?

1. Log in to the account used for purchase (or create an account with the same e-mail).
2. Go to My orders and open the delivered order.
3. Click “Withdraw from contract”, select products and confirm withdrawal.
4. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with return shipping instructions.

If you purchased without creating an account, log in or register using the e-mail address from your order.
